Cian’s passion for business started at a very young age. From running kennels & catteries at the age of 12, running manufacturing lines in Melbourne at 18, running event spaces in Chicago at 21, all while being front of house in one of Irelands largest pet stores for twelve years. The world of business comes naturally to him.

Academically, Cian was never one to waste opportunities. Having enrolled in three Colleges & Universities, gaining four qualifications in the process from level 5 to level 8, among other personal qualifications & achievements. Cian always surrounded himself around those he knew he could learn from. Applying this multi-industry knowledge to everyday life has seen him excel in every environment. There's a wealth of knowledge & fresh ideas coupled with tenacity & a hands on approach just waiting for clients to exploit.

Cian’s passion extends far beyond the realms of business. His love of travel, to animals, sports, to construction and everything in between, provides him with enough information to converse with just about anybody on almost any topic.

Sean Whelehan started his working life in his parent’s two pubs in Howth Co. Dublin. He saw at first hand that indebt knowledge of bar stock control, hard work and great customer service are key to success in business. This is where Sean’s passion for the hospitality business began.

Sean worked for Coca-Cola for 28 years which further honed his knowledge and greater understanding of the hospitality business from a supplier perspective. He built his skills from the many managerial positions he held in Coca-Cola, from Merchandising, Project Management, Business Development, Capability Development and finally in Learning and Development.

Business life has come full circle for Sean, and he has been involved in food and beverage stocktaking within the hospitality sector for many years now. What fills Sean with great pride is that he has been recognised by his publican, hotelier, and club treasurer clients for his extraordinary commitment to helping them to minimise stock discrepancies and maximise profits within their Food and Beverage operations through independent impartial stocktaking.

When Sean is not delivering training, or coaching, he can be found checking out the prices of flights to far away cities so that himself, and his wife Caitriona can exercise their love of travel and city arhictecture.
